Klimabüro Berlin is a non-profit association that supports the fight against climate change through targeted measures to reduce CO2 emissions and through education of the population. We currently have 2 projects. In the so-called Stromwetter app, environmentally conscious electricity consumers are guided to clock their electricity consumption at times when the share of renewable energies is as high as possible during the course of the day. We forecast the generation of electric power from renewables and thus help to operate the electricity consumer in times of possible green power. For example, running the washing machine in the favorable period saves up to 500g of CO2. Our second focus is on information about balcony power plants. We are happy to advise you on the feasibility and profitability of your balcony solar power plants. In addition, we provide a compass in the maze of legal regulations and (in the future) also find a craftsman. Because not every balcony power plant makes sense, but most of them do!
